From achilles tendonitis to knee injuries Turf Grass places a higher demand on the athlete’s tissues due to the harder underlying surface of the Turf Grass.

Having the privilege to work over the last 12 years with both high school aged soccer players up to professional soccer players.

Both have mentioned to me numerous times that they, feel more beat up and feel more pain after a match or training session on Turf vs Grass fields.

In fact, one of my pro players recently said, “If they make us train on Turf I will RETIRE!”
